Review of Love is a Choice: Breaking The Cycle Of Addictive Relationships
This is a great book for those who are on the fence -- either to stay or go in the relationship. Although Christian values based, it is not "preachy," and since it is written by 3 clinical therapists and psychologists, it has its feet in good therapeutic practices. Helps build self-esteem and has gentle reminders of what *appropriate* behavior in a relationship is. At first, it helped me set boundaries and allowed me to try to fix things in my broken marriage. When that didn't work, it helped me understand why I needed to end my marriage.
